To create a schedule, firstly, you will need to be on the schedules screen. Then press on ‘+’ button at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll want to provide a descriptive name for the schedule to let you know what the goal is. For example, ‘Daily Steps’ or ‘Wednesday Exercise’.
The health goal determines what your health goal is and how long your chosen apps will unlock for once you hit the specified health goal. For example, you could unlock your apps for 30 minutes each time you hit 2000 steps in a day. Select the health goal by tapping the measurement box. The goal is calculated from your whole day, rather than whilst the schedule is active. We provide a ‘suggested’ unlock time based off of your current average health data and the ‘Daily app usage goal’. Once you have selected your health goal, tap ‘Set Health Goal’ to confirm it.
The schedule range defines when the schedule is active. Use the slider to define the start and end time. Then tap the days that you would like the schedule to be active on. Once it’s defined to how you would like, tap ‘Set Schedule Range’ to confirm it.
The applist manager contains all of the blocklists and allowlists that are used in all of your schedules. Blocklists block all apps that are selected when the schedule is active. Allowlists block all apps other than the ones that are selected. To add a blocklist tap on the ‘+ Blocklist’ button. Here you can give the blocklist a name, try and be descriptive of the applications that are included, for example, ‘Social Media’.
Now tap ‘Select apps’ and choose the apps that you wish to block. Once the required apps are selected tap ‘Confirm’, then tap ‘Set Blocklist’ on the selected blocklist to confirm it.
Finally, you need to select a strictness level for your schedule. Go to this page to read more about how strictness levels work. To select a level tap on the one you wish to use for this schedule and then tap ‘Set Schedule Level’ to confirm it.
