Applications not blocking

Step 1 - Disable and enable the schedule

Tap into the schedule on the Home Screen and then tap on the power button in the top right corner and make sure it is off. Then tap ‘Update Schedule’.

Now go back into the schedule again and switch it back on and tap ‘Update Schedule’ again.

Now wait a few seconds and go and see if the app is blocked. Bare in mind, it might not be blocking if you have unlocked some screen time that you have not fully used up yet.

Step 2 - Ensure that Fitlock should be blocking the app

Check the configuration of the schedule, app list and your progress on your fitness goals. It might just be the case that Fitlock is working correctly.

Step 3 - Force restart your device

Sometimes, it can be a case of having to force restart your device. To force restart, please follow this guide by Apple.

Step 4 - Ensure that Fitlock Screen Time is enabled

Go to Settings → Screen Time and below ‘Apps with Screen Time access’, make sure the toggle next to Fitlock is set to ‘On’.

Step 5 - Review your ‘Always allowed’ apps
