Unfortunately there are sometimes instances where the user is unable to connect to Apple’s Screen Time when completing the onboarding stage of Fitlock. This usually results in the request for permissions hanging for an indefinite time. This is out of our control and we are working with Apple to get this issue fixed. In the meantime you can try the below steps to get it working.
Sometimes if you are using another app that is using the Screen Time API there can be a conflict. So if you go to Settings → Screen Time and toggle the permissions for any app other than Fitlock.
Force restart the device and open Fitlock again.
